Digital Marketing Admin Assistant

Compensation: 36k-45k+ / year depending on experience.
Employment type: full-time 
Telecommuting okay (home office, high speed internet and phone required)


Digital Marketing / Admin Support

  • Updating content on client websites using web-based content management systems
  • Compiling reports and updating client marketing dashboards
  • Working with a variety of SEO reporting tools and implementing recommended strategies
  • Tracking and analyzing clients website traffic, and monitoring the effectiveness of pay-per-click advertising campaigns and search engine optimization
  • Proofreading and Website Review
  • Auditing third-party systems to ensure there are no connectivity issues between tracking tools, form integrations etc.
  • Setup and Management of Google My Business Listings and YEXT

Customer Support

  • Monitor and route support requests to appropriate individuals within our organization
  • Maintain client communication related to active projects
  • Help run marketing performance calls and share existing campaign performance

General Marketing

  • Brainstorming and strategizing with team members for new creative concepts and campaigns
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations as needed to support the sales team
  • Build budget recommendations for various Digital marketing efforts

Relevant Work Experience: 2 Years


  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and Pay-Per-Click methodologies
  • Experience in working with content management systems
  • Creative with keen attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, yet able to take initiative and work individually
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in Google Docs & Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
