Our turnaround time for normal maintenance requests is 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation that your request is received and will receive email confirmation once your request is complete. Please do not call our office to submit requests over the phone. If a phone call is needed, indicate so in your request and a call will be scheduled.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Our standard maintenance agreement includes 1 instance per calendar month of up to 1 hour of html updates to your website. HTML updates include text and image updates to existing pages of content. HTML updates can also search engine optimization and website submission. If your request is estimated to take more than 1 hour, you will be contacted with an estimated cost. Our current hourly rate for HTML is $100.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED:
The following requests are typically not included with our standard maintenance agreement: Flash development, custom scripting, database development, application development, new page creation, global site changes or web site redesign.
